The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.11 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. There is no representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
