This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21055 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
