These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 335 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent have to be brought on record, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are Ordered.

3. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 30.01.2026. Private notice is also permitted.
