The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 304(2) of BNS, 2023 in 1/6
Crime No.189 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner joining with the other accused entered into the farm house of the de-facto complainant and snatched "Thali chain" weighing 8 1⁄4 sovereigns of gold from the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He also submits that A1 already released on bail and the petitioner has been falsely implicated. He also submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and ready to furnish sufficient solvent sureties for his release. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submits that the so far no properties have been recovered from the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has six previous cases, of which, u/s.379 of IPC is pending against him. Therefore, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsels and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has six previous cases, of which, u/s.379 of IPC is pending against him; so far no properties have been recovered from the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
