This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.51519 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Anton Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 308 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 308 days, in the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
