Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to disburse all

superannuation benefits (pension with interest, gratuity with interest, arrears of subsistence allowance, leave encashment, family pension to the petitioner's wife and etc) vide the order by disciplinary authority dated 11.04.2018 considering on the representation dated 15.07.2025 made by the petitioner by speed post within a time frame.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to disburse all superannuation benefits, such as pension with interest, gratuity with interest, arrears of subsistence allowance, leave encashment, family pension and etc to the petitioner's wife, as ordered by the disciplinary authority vide order dated 11.04.2018, based on the representation dated 15.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition,

the first respondent is directed to consider the claim made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
