ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned online rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 30.08.2025 and for a consequential direction to respondents to issue patta in the joint name of the petitioner and one Krishnamoorthy in Patta No.7973 for the subject property.
2. Heard Mrs.Selvi George, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

property by virtue of a settlement deed dated 31.07.2025. In view of the above, the impugned online rejection order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the second respondent is hereby set aside and the matter is remanded to the file of the first respondent and the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, collect relevant documents from the petitioner and other interested parties and pass a reasoned order 3/6
