ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent authorities to pay the retirement benefits to the tune of Rs.1,40,000/- with applicable rate of interest to the petitioner by disposing of his representation dated 10.09.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking balance of retirement benefits to tune of Rs.1,40,000/- with applicable interest, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
