This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 312 days in re-presenting the above appeal Suit papers vide e-filing No.LTN20240001017C202400080 dated 21.08.2024 filed against the judgment and decree passed in LAOP No.112 of 2014 dated 31.01.2024 on the file of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai.
