ORDER
Heard Mr.D.Krish Santheep, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Vigneshwaran, learned counsel for the first respondent, Ms.C.Meera Arumugham, learned Additional Government Pleader representing Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents 2 and 3.
2. The petitioner came forward with this Writ Petition on account of failure of the respondents 2 and 3 to furnish the information with respect to the Revenue Records maintained by them. He sought mandamus to that effect. Taking into consideration the records he sought are all revenue records, I called upon Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, to furnish the same.
3. Pending Writ Petition, the Deputy Tahsildar, Sholinganallur, Chennai 97, has furnished the information to the petitioner. The same is scanned and extracted hereunder:
4. In addition, Mr.M.Shajahan, has given duly certified copies of the original "A Register" to Mr.D.Krish Santheep yesterday and he had also acknowledged the due receipt of the same. As the relief the petitioner sought for has been granted, no further orders are necessary apart from recording the fact that the respondents 2 and 3 have furnished the information. Since the information has been furnished, the first respondent shall close the second appeal in SA.No.10946 of 2025 as infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
