ORDER

This application has been filed to amend item No.3 of the schedule property by correcting the extent of the property as 3375sq.ft instead of 4020 Sq.ft. in C.S.No.358 of 2021.

2. According to the applicant, the original extent of the suit property is 3375 sq.ft. However, in the plaint, the extent of item No.3 of the property was wrongly mentioned as 4020sq.ft. Therefore, this application has been filed to rectify the said error.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no serious objection to allowing this application.

4. There is an typographical error in the extent of item No.3 of the schedule property. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter on 11.11.2025.
