This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith issue the requisite No Objection Certificate and No Dues Certificate and consequently, forthwith effect the migration of the

petitioner's Solar Power Generators bearing HTSC Nos.069544420057 & 059484500039 from third-party sale under REC Scheme to third-party sale under Non-REC Scheme, in terms of the petitioner's representations dated 24.06.2025 and 27.06.2025 and apply and levy open access charges applicable to Non-REC Solar Power Generators from the effective date of such migration.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a solar power generator and seeking migration of the Solar Power Generators from third-party sale under REC Scheme to Third-Party Sale under Non-REC Scheme and also made representations dated 24.06.2025 and 27.06.2025 for grant of No Objection Certificate and No Dues Certificate. Thus, the learned counsel prayed for grant of relief as stated above in the Writ Petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's migration representations dated 24.06.2025 & 27.06.2025 and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
