PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.12.2020, 16.08.2022 and 24.02.2023 seeking correction in the award dated 13.07.2022 passed by the 1 st respondent in Na.Ka. AA1/ 2674/ 2019 comprised in survey No.255/1B, properties situated in Kaniyamur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi District and all other compensatory benefits which the petitioner is allowed along with interest @ 15 percent per annum from 13.07.2022 till the date of payment under the provisions of the RFCTLARR, Act, 2013 within a time period to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.12.2020, 16.08.2022 and 24.02.2023, whereby he sought correction in the award dated 13.07.2022 passed by the 1 st respondent in Na.Ka. AA1/ 2674/ 2019 comprised
in survey No.255/1B, properties situated in Kaniyamur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi District and all other compensatory benefits which the petitioner is allowed along with interest @ 15 percent per annum from 13.07.2022 till the date of payment under the provisions of the RFCTLARR, Act, 2013.
2.Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representations of the petitioner dated 21.12.2020, 16.08.2022 and 24.02.2023 has not been considered by the 1 st respondent so far.
5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1 st respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.12.2020, 16.08.2022 and 24.02.2023 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the 1 st respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
