This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second and third respondents to forthwith give effect to the transfer proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.2335/ A3/ 2025 dated 05.07.2025 transferring the petitioner to Panchayat Union Middle School, Nedungavadi Village, Thandarampet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court 2/5

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to give effect to the transfer proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.2335/ A3/ 2025 dated 05.07.2025 thereby transferring the petitioner to Panchayat Union Middle School, Nedungavadi Village, Thandarampet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District during the transfer counselling, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
