The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.5 of 2024 and investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Dharmapuri and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.733 of 2025 and the case is now posted for appearance of the accused on 01.12.2025. The respondent Police have approached the petitioner only to serve summons on him.
