ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(1), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.306 of 2025, 1/4

on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioners were in inebriated condition, came to the shop of the defacto complainant, picked quarrel and attacked the defacto complainant with knife and caused injuries to him. He also threatened the defacto complainant indiscriminately. Hence, the case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and reported that the petitioner is having 18 previous cases and bad antecedents and the injured discharged from the hospital. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that though the injured discharged from the hospital, the petitioner is having 18 previous cases and bad antecedents I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 07.11.2025 Vv 2/4
