The petitioner who was apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) & 337 of BNS, in Crime No.246 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

This is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27840 of 2025 by order dated 13.10.2025, considering the grave offence of forging revenue seal and the signature of the Revenue Officer was committed by this petitioner.

Since the bail application has already been dismissed twice, and this is the third successive bail petition, this Court is of the view that filing successive bail applications amounts to abuse of the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to consider the petition, without any change of circumstances.
