ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 123 and 275 of BNS and Sections 7(1) and 20(2) of COTP Act in Crime No.992 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29019 of 2025 by order dated 25.10.2025 on the following reasons:

"Considering the fact that the petitioner involved in possession and transportation of 537.800 kgs of banned tobacco products and investigation is pending, hence I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

3. Since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
