ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24085 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 in Crime No.87 of 2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.4 which reads as follows:- Page Nos.1/4

"4.that the petitioners/accused shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Portonova, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2.After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24085 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.4 which reads as follows:- "4.that the petitioners/accused shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Portonova, monthly once i.e., on every first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 for three months from today."

3. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.24085 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025, shall remains unaltered.
