2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have not been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24129 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two months.
