This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4 imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.24084 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025, that the petitioners/ accused shall report before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Portonovo, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is not yet concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4 imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.24084 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
