Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in his impugned proceedings in Ka.No.46143/rgp(ePe)5) khnghf/2025 dated 06.10.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to settle the retirement benefits to the petitioner herein with 6% interest.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the second respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.A perusal of the records reveals that the second respondent expressed its difficulty in settling the terminal benefits and has sought financial assistance from the Government. It is stated that only after receipt of such financial assistance from the government, then only the second respondent will disburse the terminal benefits.
4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to disburse the terminal benefits to the petitioner, together with applicable interest, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
