This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 03.07.2025 in W.P.No.20878 of 2025 passed by the Court.
2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the directions issued by this Court have been duly complied with vide order dated 16.02.2026. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain amounts are still payable by the respondents. If the petitioner is entitled to any further amount as per his calculation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. 18.06.2026 cda 2/4
