The Contempt Petition is filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.3146 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. Today, the learned counsel for respondents has filed a compliance report before this Court, however, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that there are certain issues with regard to the interest component. Learned counsel for petitioners would therefore seek liberty of this Court to work out their remedy in respect of discrepancy with regard to the interest component, in the manner known to law.
