Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the representation dated 01/09/2025 and direct the first respondent to reimburse the GST paid by petitioner on the work performed by him in line with G.O.Ms.296 Finance (Salaries) Department dated 09/10/2017 and also consequential interest component for the delay in reimbursement of GST. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2, the learned Additional Government Pleader for 3 rd respondent and the learned Senior Standing Counsel for 4 th respondent, is being disposed of at the time of admission.

3. Although a wide relief has been sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 for reimbursement of the GST amount for the work done by the petitioner for respondents 1 & 2 will be considered and disposed of on merits. 3/7

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and dispose the same preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state before passing final order, the petitioner shall be heard.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
