The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Madhavaram to dispose of the suit filed by the respondent in O.S.No.71 of 2021.

2. The petitioner is the defendant in the suit. The respondent herein filed a suit for permanent injunction.

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as 12.08.2022 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the trial. It is also seen the suit has been simply adjourned for the past three years in the stage of framing of issues.

4. Taking into consideration, the pleadings of the parties had completed 3 years ago and thereafter, there is no substantial progress, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Madhavaram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
