..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider

the representation dated 25.07.2025 and take appropriate action against the trustees who have misappropriated trust money and thus render justice. For Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 25.07.2025 of the Petitioner and to take appropriate action against the trustees who have misappropriated trust money.

2.The Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Junior Standing Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 and dispensing notice on the private Respondents viz., R3 to R11, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against any of the private Respondents who are reportedly the Trustees of the Bright Educational Trust, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

3.It is the submission of the learned Junior Standing Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 that the Petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2025 has already been acknowledged by the office of the Income Tax Department, Income Tax Officers Head Quarters (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation) and that the papers have been forwarded to the office of the 1st Respondent for suitable action. He further submitted that the office of the 1st Respondent will look into the same and inform the Petitioner regarding the action taken within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
