Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication dated 12.10.21025 issued by the 2nd respondent cancelling the petitioner's selection to the post of Assistant (level 6 )

in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reform (Personnel Wing) Government of Puducherry and quash the same, an consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the said post under the OBC-PWBD category, with all consequential benefits.
