CRL A No. 568 of 2025 PRAYER To set aside the conviction and sentence passed by the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases Under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu and made in Spl.SC.No.117/2024 for the offence U/s Sec.6(1) of the POCSO Act by Judgement dated 02.04.2025.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court in Spl.S.C.No.117 of 2024 dated 02.04.2025 and enlarge the petitioner herein on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.568 of 2025.

2. Since the records have already been received and the typed set of papers are also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself for final hearing. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed directing the Registry to list the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
