ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025, to appoint a Special Officer to take over the affairs of the 2/7
fourth respondent society and pass necessary orders in a time bound manner.
2. Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.09.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking them to suspend the present executive committee and appoint a Special Officer to take over the affairs of the society, since the office bearers of the society has misappropriated a sum of Rs.61 crores. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents 1 to 3, as on date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 would be considered and orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with 4/7
law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
