ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made representation for allotment of property as mentioned in the representation dated 12.05.2025. No order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

2. The respondents allotted a plot in favour of the petitioner's mother by name Kannammal and his uncle Ponnayya and just opposite to the said land, the petitioner has constucted a hut and residing there. For recognizing petitioner's occupancy, the petitioner made a representation before the respondents for allotment of the said land.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the property, which the petitioner seeks for allotment in his favour was already

alloted in favour of one Nagoor Gazali and hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to challenge the allotment order issued in favour of one Nagoor Gazali.
