The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.574 of 2024 and the same was closed on 30.10.2025.
