ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 20.07.2023, thereby suspended the petitioner.

2. Though this writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, the second respondent is directed to review the order of suspension in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, WMP No.48253 of 2025 is closed. 13.11.2025 Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order mrn 2/4
