ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta in petitioner favour for a property comprised in S.No. 292/11 at measuring to an extent of 0.01.0 ares situated at Kilorathur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2025. 2.Heard Mr.N.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the request made by the petitioner can be considered in line with G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 21.02.2025 by the 1st

If the petitioner comes within the parameters under the Government Order, the 1st respondent can deal with the same. 4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.10.2025 in line with G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 21.02.2025 and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
