This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 367 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 06.07.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.805 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nitin, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 367 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 367 days, in the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
