Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.10.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, after giving an opportunity of Page No.2 of 4
hearing to them, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
