ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to disburse the arrears of salary to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.4,87,133/-, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.09.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation seeking disbursement of arrears of salary, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
