ORDER
Mr.A.M. Ravindranath Jeyapal, learned counsel takes notice for respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the 1st respondent to execute a sale deed of House No. MIG-B438 Ganapathy Neighbourhood Scheme, Coimbatore - 641 006 based on the representation dated 27.07.2025.
3. It is stated that the 1st respondent allotted a MIG type house bearing No.MIG-B438 under Ganapathy Neighbourhood Scheme, Coimbatore under Hire purchase scheme vide proceedings dated 04.03.1994. Pursuant to the said allotment, the petitioner has paid the entire sale consideration. However, even after payment of the entire amount, the sale deed has not been executed in favour of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said inaction, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.07.2025 seeking execution of the sale deed and therefore, he prayed for issuance of appropriate directions to the 1st respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a time frame.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner has paid the entire amount due, the 1st respondent upon verification, will take necessary steps for execution of the sale deed in accordance with law.

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 1st respondent to verify whether the petitioner has paid the entire sale consideration in respect of the subject house, and if no further dues are payable, to take appropriate steps for execution of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
