For petitioner : Mrs.K.Subharitha in both the CRPs ***** COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking directions to I Additional District Judge, Erode, to dispose of O.S.No.391 of 2022 and O.S.No.388 of 2022 within the time frame.
The petitioners herein have filed the suits for recovery of money. The defendants were set ex-parte as early as on 03.02.2025 and the suits have been adjourned from time to time without any progress. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2022 and the defendants were set ex-parte long back, this Court is inclined to direct I Additional District Judge, Erode, to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.391 and 388 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, I Additional District Judge, Erode, is directed to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.391 and 388 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
