The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 75(1)(i), 74 and 332(b) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.128 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual assault on the victim lady who is aged about 70 years and severely beaten her. Hence, the case.

3. It is seen that, this Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 17.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28492 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:

Considering the fact that the petitioner committed sexual assault on the victim who is aged about 70 years and investigation in this case is only preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
