ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A. No. 9 of 2024 in O.S. No. 5988 of 2021.

2. Under the aforesaid order, the application filed by the petitioners in I.A. No.9 of 2024, seeking to amend the plaint by including one more property as a suit schedule property has been rejected by the trial Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3, who are the contesting respondents in the suit, has now stated no objection for allowing the Civil Revision Petition, provided a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Respondents 4 and 5 are formal respondents and they may not have any objection for a direction to be issued by this Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is allowed by setting aside the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A. No. 9 of 2024 in O.S. No. 5988 of

2021, by allowing the amendment in entirety as prayed for by the petitioner in I.A. No. 9 of 2024 in O.S. No. 5988 of 2021 pending on the file of the XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

5. The respondents are also permitted to file additional written statements, if any, before the trial Court, in view of the amendment granted by this Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On completion of the pleadings and on framing of additional issues by the trial Court, the XV Additional City Civil Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S. No. 5988 of 2021 within a period of eight months thereafter.
