ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the online rejection order passed by the respondent dated 30.09.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2.Heard Mr.B.N.Sineg, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a Settlement Deed dated 14.08.2025, registered as Document No.3178 of 2025. The petitioner applied for issuance for transfer of patta in her name. However, the same has been rejected through the online rejection without assigning any reason. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been
4/8 filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the impugned online rejection order does not assign any reason for rejection of the application, this Court holds that the same is in violation of principles of natural justice and accordingly, the same is hereby, set aside.
5.In the result, this writ petition stands allowed and the online rejection order passed by the respondent dated 30.09.2025, is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to the file of the respondent and the respondent is directed to consider the application after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and after getting necessary clarification pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
