The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.04.2025 on execution of NBW dated 04.01.2025 in S.C.No.13 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was released on bail bail in this case and was regularly appeared before the trial Court and due to non appearance NBW was issued against him on 04.01.2025 and the same was executed on 24.04.2025. Hence, this petition.

3. It is seen that, this Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22179 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:

Considering the facts, gravity of offence and the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners..

4. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is 19 years old and he is in custody for nearly 50 days and needs to co-operate with the trial.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) stated that trial in this case is in same stage and there is no change in circumstances and hence opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. In view of the above submissions that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
