ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.40 of 2023, within time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.40 of 2023 seeking declaration of his easmentary right over the B schedule property and also for consequential injunction. The suit was filed in the year 2023.

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the additional typed set of papers dated 15.12.2025 would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as on 11.08.2023 and the suit was posted for framing of issues on 15.02.2024. However, due to pendency of various I.As, there is no subsequent progress in the main suit.

4. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2013 and the pleadings were completed as early as on 11.08.2023, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.40 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
