This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 03.07.2025 made in W.P.No.11651 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court, the respondents have considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order on 24.09.2025 in Memo No.052335/G.17/G.172/2025.
