The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.7 of 2025 in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.165 of 2023.

2. The petitioners herein filed the instant application in I.A.No.7 of 2025 to punish the respondent/defendant for having committed wilful disobedience to the orders passed in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.165 of 2023. The counter of the respondent was filed on 22.08.2025. Thereafter, the matter was posted for enquiry.

3. It is seen from the adjudication sheet included in the typed-set of papers, the petitioners side enquiry was heard on 26.09.2025 and the matter got adjourned for respondent's side enquiry to 03.11.2025. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the counter affidavit of the respondent was already filed as early as 22.08.2025 and the enquiry in I.A.No.7 of 2025 is in part-heard stage this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2025 in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.165 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
