ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this court in CRP No.4833 of 2025, by its order dated 10.10.2025.

2. This Court, by its order dated 10.10.2025, modified the conditional leave granted by the Trial Court, by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000, instead of Rs.3,00,000/- by way of fixed deposit in the name of Registrar, City Civil Court, Chennai and also observed that all other conditions imposed by the court below in the impugned order dated 13.08.2025 is unaltered. Now the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the above said order.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the time granted by this court in CRP No.4833 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 is extended by two weeks from today, failing compliance, the petitioner is not entitled to the benefit of the order passed by this court in CRP No.4833 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 and the petition seeking leave to defend the suit shall stand automatically dismissed.
