ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to relax the condition imposed in para 3(iv) in Crl.M.P.No.16565 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.298 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 22.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.16565 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.298 of 2025, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court monthly once at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able

to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
