ORDER

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: To issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 6 to 8 from interfering the act of dispossession in a civil dispute under the guise of

3/6 the enquiry relating to the property comprised in Survey No. 161/2B, measuring to an extent of 4.50 acres of agricultural land attached with Well and Motor Pump Set, situated at Pattakonampatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.10.2025 and 18.10.2025 to the respondents 1 to 4 forthwith.

2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that admittedly, civil disputes are pending between the parties; the respondent police had not interfered with the civil suit pending between the petitioner and the respondents 9 to 11; the petitioner and the respondents 9 to 11 indulged in assaulting each other; based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.230 of 2025 was registered; on the complaint given by the tenth respondent, a counter case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.231 of 2025; since there was law and order problem, complaints were given by the parties, the respondent police registered the abovesaid cases; and they have not interfered in the civil dispute between the parties.

4/6 3.Recording the said submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
