ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.08.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 126(2), K. RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.O.P.No.30586 of 2025 rna 115(2), 310(2), 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.137 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court earlier considered the bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27817 of 2025 along with other accused after considering the merits and also considering the bad antecedents, this Court dismissed the bail application of this petitioner and granted bail to other petitioner. In the order it has been specifically stated that the petitioner is a habitual offender and involved in five previous cases.

3. Considering the facts, without any change in circumstances second time this petition has been filed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
